Rudolph Tomaselli was born and raised in Warwick, NY. A graduate of Warwick Valley High School, he then attended college to study Communications. This lead to a career in film production, specializing in travel films. Based out of NYC, he traveled throughout Europe, filming the beautiful sights. And, when he was back in the City, he’d come back to Orange County on weekends.

After 12 years, Rudy decided to come home to Orange County for good. A friend of his owned a farm and Rudy transitioned from photographer to farmer. Since 1996, Rudy has been farming and living here in the County. Having lived in Pine Island, as well as Warwick, he now makes his home in Florida. From planting fields to running Farmers Markets for the farm, Rudy literally knows the area from the ground up.

After spending over 20 years in farming, Rudy decided it was time for another transition. Even though he’s traveled the world, this is the place that he calls home. His love for the beauty and quality of life inspired him to want to help others find their dream home here. In addition, as someone who has had numerous homes, he understands the stresses involved and wants to help alleviate those for his clients.

Rudy brings to real estate and the Green Team his communications and photography background. He is looking forward to using his skills to market homes. His photographer’s eye also helps him to find the beauty in homes that a potential buyer might not see at first glance. And he brings his love and knowledge of this area. Being so familiar with the various hamlets, villages and towns in the County, he can help potential buyers find a home that will meet their needs and lifestyles.
